Pre-Order Shipping

• Delivery Time: 8-14 business days
• Pre-orders require extra processing time and will be delivered as per the specific schedule.

Shipping to Singapore

Orders are processed and prepared within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (MYT) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order weight, and total purchase value.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over RM200 (subject to product category and weight) in selected zones.

Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Schedule delivery from 36-40 hours after order placement.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM: Schedule delivery from 48 hours after order placement.

Order Weight Limit: Maximum 30 kg per order.

Order Quantity Limit: Applies to gift boxes, bags, and individual products. For gift baskets, please inquire for specific packaging and size limits.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may vary based on several factors to ensure fair and accurate pricing:

  Larger orders may incur higher shipping fees due to increased handling and processing requirements.
• Package Weight
  Heavier packages may result in increased delivery charges as they require additional logistics support.
• Package Dimensions
  Oversized packages or those with irregular dimensions may incur additional fees due to special handling requirements.
• Location
  Delivery costs increase as the distance from central Klang Valley grows. Rates vary for:

  Prices may fluctuate during peak periods (e.g., evenings, weekends, public holidays).

Note: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the above factors, ensuring you receive transparent and accurate pricing for your order.

Split Shipping Features

At Healthy Gifts Hub, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers. However, when an order contains a combination of standard shipping products and pre-order shipping products, the following split shipping policy applies:

1. Automatic Split Shipping
2. On-Demand Shipping Schedule
3. Separate Shipping Costs and Delivery Dates
4. Placing Separate Orders for On-Demand Shipping

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests for order changes or cancellations must be made within 24-48 hours of placing your booking, provided the scheduled delivery date is at least 5 days from the booking date.

Late requests may incur additional charges, subject to processing and logistical considerations.

Note: Refunds for cancellation requests cannot be processed within the specified timeframe, as sourcing of products, logistics, and operational costs are initiated immediately upon confirmation of a booking.

We strive to meet your requested delivery time, but please note that:

• Weather Conditions (storms, floods, etc.) may cause delays.
• Operational Issues (logistical challenges, unforeseen circumstances) may affect timely delivery.

If you experience any issues such as missing or damaged items, please contact us within 2 days of receipt or scheduled delivery date for prompt resolution.
